the best yet! I love it! how do those of us who live far away enter the contest? Can we fax in our answers on Feb. 4th? (I will only need one night to read the book because I know it will be so good that I won't be able to put it down).

A freind of mine (who is commuting from Phoenix to Tucson to attend UofA) tried your tamales .. She loved them!! "Very creative" was the word of the day.
I have to wait until summer to try one (MUCH Sadness) Have you thought about shipping frozen tamales lke Allen Brothers ships meats?
