Hey Todd, I've been following your blog for a while now and I have to say your a big inspiration to me. It is my dream to someday open up my own restaurant.
I moved from Pennsylvania to Tucson in November to try to make it as a cook, around the time you posted wanted ads on craigslist. Well, turns out I didn't prepare myself well enough because I was staying on the outskirts of Tucson and for some reason didn't think that Tucson was soo big, so I didn't bring a car with me. About a month later I moved back to Pennsylvania but if I would of stayed I would of sent you a resume and if that didn't work out, I would still of been a avid customer.
Someday I will go back to Tucson and become a great cook, but for now I need to be where I know I'll be able to keep a job.
I'm looking forward to getting to eat my first Tucson Tamale someday :D
